I have sensitive skin and this scrunchie hasn't irritated my scalp at all, which is a first. It also doesn't leave a crease in my hair like the cheap ones do.
The Tencel fabric is genuinely soft and doesn't leave creases in my hair like my old cotton scrunchies did. Only gripe is the blush shade is a bit paler in person than on screen, but it still holds a ponytail all day without slipping.
